These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 950ok platform, including all sports betting, casino games, promotions, and account services available to players in Bangladesh. Please read them carefully before registering.

One Account Per Player
Each player may hold one and only one 950ok account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances held across those accounts.
BDT Native Wallet
All 950ok account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no currency conversion fees on bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transactions. Your deposited amount in BDT is the amount that appears in your account — no hidden deductions.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotional credits at 950ok carry wagering requirements stated in plain English on the relevant promotion page. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your 950ok username and password confidential. 950ok will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your credentials before you report a breach is your responsibility.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 950ok platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game or service offered on 950ok.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions apply to all players regardless of the device, browser, or connection type used to access the platform.
These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 950ok. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms & Conditions take precedence.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the 950ok platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version of these terms.
950ok reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — we will notify registered players by email to the address on file not less than seven (7) days before the change takes effect. Non-material amendments (such as editorial corrections, clarifications, or formatting updates that do not change the substantive meaning) may be applied without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically and to ensure that the email address registered to your account is current and accessible, so that material-change notifications can reach you.

Section 3
Account Registration & Eligibility
To access the betting, casino, and gaming services on 950ok, you must register a personal account. Registration is free. The following eligibility requirements apply to all applicants:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 950ok collects your date of birth during registration and may request documentary proof of age (such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) at any time. Accounts where the registered player is found to be under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
- Location: You must be accessing and using 950ok from a location where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 950ok is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- One Account Only: You may register and maintain only one 950ok account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited.
- Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false information is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
- Not a Self-Excluded Player: You must not register an account if you have previously requested self-exclusion from 950ok or from any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion programme that covers 950ok. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a violation of these terms.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before your first withdrawal — and at any other time we determine it is necessary — 950ok will request KYC documentation. This typically includes a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your payment method (e.g., a screenshot confirming your bKash or Nagad account number). Your account will not be suspended during KYC review unless there is specific cause for concern, but withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. 950ok processes KYC documentation within 48 hours of receipt during standard operating conditions.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 950ok login credentials. All activity on your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 950ok immediately via live chat or email. We will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending resolution.
Age verification is not a formality at 950ok. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age will be closed immediately. All deposits made by underage players will be returned to the originating payment method without interest, and any winnings will be forfeited.

Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on 950ok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 950ok does not charge currency conversion fees on any deposit or withdrawal. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals.
Deposits
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
- Deposits are credited to your 950ok BDT wallet within 30 seconds of mobile financial service payment confirmation under normal operating conditions.
- Visa and Mastercard deposits are accepted and are subject to standard bank processing times, which may vary.
- 950ok does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
- 950ok does not accept cash deposits or deposits via cheque, money order, or cryptocurrency.
- Deposits that fail due to connectivity or processing issues are not deducted from your 950ok balance. If you believe a deposit was debited from your payment method but not credited to your account, contact support immediately with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold are not processed.
- Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically credited within 30 minutes of approval. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods or public holidays.
- KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals submitted before KYC approval will be held in a pending state until verification is complete.
- Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount. Winnings in excess of the deposited amount may be withdrawn to any verified payment method registered to your account.
- 950ok reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal it deems unusually large or otherwise requiring enhanced due diligence.
- Bonus balances that have not completed their wagering requirement are not withdrawable and will not be included in withdrawal calculations.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
950ok offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for the matter to which it relates.
Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page in plain English. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are not available for withdrawal. Where a player has both a real money balance and a bonus balance, the real money balance is used first in any wager.
Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, and bonus balances that do not meet their wagering requirement within the stated validity period, will expire automatically and be removed from the account without compensation.
Abuse and Exploitation: 950ok reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has exploited a bonus offer in bad faith — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using strategies designed specifically to extract bonus value without genuine play, or misrepresenting account details to qualify for an offer.
Seasonal Promotions: 950ok regularly offers seasonal promotions tied to events relevant to the Bangladesh market, including BPL fixtures, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and the T20 World Cup. Eligibility, bonus amounts, and wagering requirements for seasonal promotions are stated on the specific promotion page and may differ from standard offer terms.

Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 950ok platform. Product-specific rules (for example, specific cricket betting markets, live casino game rules, or crash game mechanics) are governed by the rules displayed within the relevant product section of the platform. In the event of conflict, product-specific rules prevail for the product to which they relate.
Sports Betting
- All bets are accepted subject to the availability of sufficient funds in the player's real money balance at the time the bet is placed.
- Bets are final once confirmed. 950ok does not cancel confirmed bets on request except in cases of manifest error (see below).
- In the event of a sporting event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the completion of the relevant betting market's defined result conditions, 950ok will settle affected bets in accordance with the market-specific settlement rules displayed at the time the bet was placed.
- Live in-play bets on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers Test and ODI fixtures, IPL) are settled on the official score at the close of each relevant market. Ball-by-ball markets are settled on the official broadcast scorecard.
- Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout for a market will be capped at that maximum.
- Manifest errors — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, duplicate bet placement due to connectivity failure, or system errors — may be voided by 950ok at its reasonable discretion. The affected player will be notified and their stake returned.
Casino & Games
- All casino games available on 950ok — including live casino tables (baccarat, Dragon Tiger, roulette, blackjack), slots, crash games, and virtual sports — use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or are operated by certified live dealer providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.
- Game rules, minimum and maximum stake limits, and return-to-player (RTP) information are displayed within each game interface.
- In the event of a game disconnection during a live casino session, the hand or round will be settled according to the provider's standard disconnection policy. 950ok will apply any resulting credit or debit to your account as promptly as possible following confirmation from the game provider.
- 950ok does not guarantee the availability of any specific game at all times. Games may be temporarily withdrawn for maintenance, provider updates, or regulatory reasons without prior notice.
- Winnings from games funded entirely by bonus balance (where no real money stake is included) are credited as bonus funds subject to the applicable wagering requirement.
Section 7
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the 950ok platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal, recreational online betting and gaming. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Fraudulent activity: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials to fund an account.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker-style games or match-fixing related wagering.
- Arbitrage and system exploitation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Money laundering: Using the 950ok platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for purposes other than genuine gambling activity, or in a manner designed to obscure the origin of funds.
- Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts, using false information, or exploiting promotion mechanics to claim bonuses beyond those to which you are legitimately entitled.
- Unauthorised access: Attempting to access another player's account, to reverse-engineer the platform, or to interfere with its normal operation in any way.
- Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a person under 18.
950ok employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 950ok may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings derived from prohibited activity, withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
950ok takes its obligations under anti-money laundering best practices seriously. All large or unusual transactions are subject to enhanced due diligence. Players may be asked to provide source-of-funds documentation before a withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe will result in the withdrawal being declined.

Section 8
Intellectual Property
All content on the 950ok platform — including but not limited to the 950ok brand name, logo, domain name, website design, layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, and promotional materials — is the property of 950ok or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 950ok platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the platform in any form or by any means without prior written consent from 950ok.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform or its underlying software.
- Sell, resell, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise commercially exploit the platform or any content or service obtained through it.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on or in any content accessed through the platform.
- Use any 950ok trademark, brand name, or logo in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without prior written authorisation.
Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. Your use of games within the 950ok platform does not convey any rights over that content beyond the right to play the game for personal, recreational purposes.
Any unauthorised use of 950ok intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action. If you believe that any content on the 950ok platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us via the support email so that we may investigate your claim promptly.
Your right to use the 950ok platform is:
- Limited to personal, non-commercial use
- Non-exclusive and non-transferable
- Revocable at 950ok's discretion
- Does NOT include redistribution rights
- Does NOT include reverse-engineering rights
- Does NOT include commercial exploitation
Section 9
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 950ok and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and content providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the 950ok platform or any content, service, or feature offered on it.
Without limiting the foregoing, 950ok expressly excludes liability for:
- Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings arising from any cause, including platform unavailability, connectivity failure, or Force Majeure events.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any part of it, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or account balances caused by technical malfunction, provided that 950ok corrects any identified error as promptly as reasonably practicable.
- Unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Any third-party content, links, or services that may be accessible through the platform.
- Decisions made by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) regarding game outcomes, disconnection handling, or rule interpretations.
Where 950ok is found liable despite the above exclusions, the total aggregate liability of 950ok to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 950ok's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
950ok aims to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance. Unscheduled downtime — including outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers or Force Majeure events — is outside 950ok's direct control. 950ok will not be liable for losses attributable to unscheduled platform unavailability.
Section 10
Responsible Gaming
950ok is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. The following tools are available to all registered players through their account settings.
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
Session Time Limits
Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out. A session timer reminder can also be enabled to display elapsed play time.
Cooling-Off Period
Take a temporary break of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period you will not be able to log in or deposit, but existing withdrawal requests will still be processed.
Self-Exclusion
Request permanent self-exclusion from 950ok at any time. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration chosen. Contact our support team to initiate self-exclusion.

Section 11
Account Suspension & Termination
Termination by You: You may close your 950ok account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and provided there are no outstanding investigations related to your account. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.
Suspension by 950ok: 950ok may suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud or money laundering, breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe, a request by you to self-exclude, or where required by applicable law or a competent authority. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or withdraw. 950ok will investigate the reason for suspension and notify you of the outcome as promptly as circumstances permit.
Permanent Closure by 950ok: Where a breach of these Terms & Conditions is found to be material — including confirmed fraud, collusion, money laundering, or underage gambling — 950ok reserves the right to permanently close the account and, where applicable, forfeit all balances including real money deposits. 950ok will notify you of a permanent closure and the reason for it unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or is prohibited by law.
Effect of Termination: Upon account closure or termination, your licence to access the platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — will continue in full force and effect.
To request account closure, contact the 950ok support team and provide:
- Your registered email address
- Your account username
- Reason for closure (optional but helpful)
- Your preferred withdrawal method for remaining balance
Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Remaining real money balances are returned within the standard withdrawal timeframe.
Section 12
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual in nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 950ok is registered and operated. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
Dispute Resolution — Informal Process: In the first instance, any dispute you have with 950ok should be submitted to our support team via email at support@950ok.bet. Please set out the nature of your complaint, the relevant dates and amounts, and the resolution you are seeking. 950ok will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days of receipt.
Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the informal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter in writing to our senior compliance team at the same email address, marking the subject line "Formal Complaint — Escalation". We will review escalated complaints within ten (10) business days and provide a final written response. Our final response represents the conclusion of 950ok's internal complaints process.
Bet Settlement Disputes: Disputes relating to the settlement of a specific bet or casino game round must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event date. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. When raising a bet settlement dispute, please include the bet reference number, the event name and date, the market in question, and a clear description of the settlement you believe to be incorrect.
Language of Proceedings: All dispute communications with 950ok are conducted in English. Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) governs all response timeframe calculations.
